Second Chance, Heads To Jamaica.

Second Chance, the new movie in which international dancehall act Spragga Benz plays the lead role of David King, is set to premiere in Jamaica come July 22, 2022.


Palace Amusement theatre will take the movie to three venues- Kingston, Portmore, and Montego Bay on July 23, 2022.

Star boy Spragga Benz is elated that the movie, which has been playing to a packed house in the U.S. since February 17th, will be in his hometown.

"This movie is more so for the Jamaica culture. This was one reason I choose “Second Chance”. When one looks at the cultural crime statistics, there is much to learn from Second Chance.

"This movie speaks to mistakes and errors in life and how a second chance can make a difference."

Spragga Benz plays David, an educated Rastafarian seeking a job in the Corporate U.S arena. Frustrated by discrimination, he turns to the old school- mates living on the edge of life.

On the brink of destruction, David gets a wake-up call and decides to turn away from the negativity. This second chance has allowed him and others to become better people.
