William Murphy's Just Us Album Release
Updated: Jul 18, 2022

International gospel recording artist and Lead Pastor, of The dReam Center Church of Atlanta, Bishop William Murphy III, held a live recording on Saturday, December 4th, 2021. This star-studded live recording was all about Worship + Justice.
It is clear, that Bishop Murphys’ album focal point is to let all know that you can have and, we need both. Highlighting black lives matter (BLM) victims; Sandra Bland, Freddie Gray, Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery just to name a few, visually and lyrically. When Bishop Murphy sang, a few of his first songs on the soon to be released album, Bishop sang “You can’t have worship, you can’t have justice, you can’t have one without the other” a verse from one of the first songs of the night, and those words wrong throughout the room, you could clearly feel it in the atmosphere.

The crowd interacted with Bishop as he walked those in attendance through each of his powerful praise and worship songs and they were amazing. The level was only kicked up a notch as a well-known activist and Lead Pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Jamal H. Bryant, walked onto the pulpit singing, We Shall Overcome. Bishop Murphy’s Daughter Keila Murphy, American Gospel singer-songwriter, Bishop Marvin Sapp, and Grammy winner, Tasha Cobbs Leonard all blessed us with their voices featuring songs with Bishop Murphy throughout the course of the night.

Everyone should be excited for the release of Worship + Justice, that dropped today April 15th 2022
Other special guests notable that were in attendance; Notorious BIG and All Eyes on Me actor Jamal “Gravy” Woolard Celebrity Realtor, and Mechelle Bowser, Keith “Wonderboy” Johnson.
