Joey Oscar Presents UNplugged the live recording. It was held at the one and only Linnethia Lounge in Duluth, Ga. A night full of voices to keep you locked in, unlike many independent artists have the skill set to do. The show was hosted by the fantastic Singer, Publish model, and Actress Chanel B. She bought a sense of elegance and class as she introduced each artist and wowed us with her beautiful voice throughout the night.
Now let’s talk about the mixture of voices that grabbed our attention. V. Nicole started the night with an extensive yet warm and captivating voice. Her presence was felt throughout her set. A touch of neo-soul and RnB could be felt and heard while she moved throughout the room the same way she entered the room, and you could feel and see the love her fan base and family have for her and her voice. Now, Joel Wesley Morgan, who goes by the stage name Wess Morgan, the unique twist of the night was received just right. Pastor and gospel recording artist who knows how to grab a crowd in any setting. Who would have thought to place a Pastor in an environment like this? We sure wish you could have watched how he moved through Linnethia Lounge. Inspirational and smooth at its core. Let me not forget the little special guest he travels with everywhere, Malachi Morgan, Wess’s 7-year-old son.”
Stout, live show avenger who was such a soft cool groove, and she knew just what to do with her voice. Make sure to check out her newest album streaming Now, Anomaly. Amid the show slowing down, RnB, soul singer Shalindria Lott, a Mcdonough, Ga native, was stoic, poised, and powerful as she surprised us. Right after Joey performed, his live set with the help of a few of his leading band members. A set that had many of us up dancing and moving about the lounge, having a great time.
